The Händlerbund legal texts plugin for Shopware 6 offers the possibility to easily store legally compliant texts for

- Cancellation policy
- Cancellation policy for digital goods
- Cancellation policy for services
- Payment and shipping
- Data protection declaration
- Imprint
- Battery information
on the relevant pages of an online shop. Multilingual sales channels are supported in up to 8 languages (German, English, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish and Arabic).
2. Prerequisites
An access token is required to access the legally compliant documents. The token is available to the holder of a membership package (member of the dealer association) within the member area. There, the legal texts can be individually adapted and configured.
3. Installation instructions
1. Install the plugin: install the plugin from the store or manually by uploading it
2. Activate the plugin: activate the plugin and then go to "Configure"
3. Enter your personal API Access Token by selecting "all sales channels (Alle Verkaufskanäle)" under the topic "sales channel (Verkaufskanal)".
You will then see two new menu items listed under "Catalogs"
"Haendlerbund Text Retrieval Live": this menu item is intended for manual retrieval of legal
texts.
"Haendlerbund Configuration": this menu item takes you to the configuration interface.
Here, the API access is checked. If successful, the available legal documents in the respective languages are displayed. You can now activate the documents to be synchronized using checkboxes. This synchronization happens when saving the configuration and automatically via a cron job for the selected documents.
For each chosen document, a unique experience world is created as a shop page - this can now be set in the shop settings for the legal pages. If this experience world is in use, it can only be removed once it is no longer assigned.
